Haiku

Haiku is an ancient mode of Japanese poetry.
Modern haiku, such as that practiced by members of the AAF, is a tragic butchery of this once-great art. In its modern incarnation, aestheticism and sensitivity are optional, and the only requirement is a rigid adherence to the five-seven-five rule of syllable count per line, as in the following example.
